A Family Adventure

Disney Parks Pixar Fest 2018

Disney’s first ever Pixar Fest celebrated friendship and beyond with a fun celebration at both Disneyland and California Adventure. My word for the experience? Incredible!

Disney goes all out for a celebration, starting with the esplanade when you arrive! The colors brought a big smile to my face.

Hi Luxo Ball everywhere!

CarsLand joined in on the Pixar Fest fun with Woody and Buzz greeting guests— this was such a fun photo opp!

I’d see all of these Pixar themed movies…

“Toy Car Story”
“Monster Trucks, Inc”
“Fueling Nemo”
“The Incredicars”

Toy Story is one of my favorite Pixar movies, so meeting Woody and Buzz Lightyear together is a memory I’ll have forever. Cheesy as an adult? Sure! I’ll agree with that. However, my daughter also truly loved meeting them as well.

I was all about watching the return of the Pixar Play Parade! I wasn’t a fan, however, of the many times I was victim to the water S P R A Y I N G…. Every single float (I’m exaggerating).

In other news…Disney performers are so talented and entertaining!

The Pixar Pier Sneak Peek at Blue Sky Cellar aka the ultimate behind the scenes. Bring more of these back to Disney!

All of this reminded me of all those stories, characters and the rollercoaster of emotions that each Pixar movie puts you through.

Paint the Night parade is the raddest show I’ve seen. My favorite float is Mack from Cars. I mean look at him!!!

Alien Pizza Planet is IT. I mean just the cutest theming.

At the Pixar Pals Dance Party we saw Russell do the “Single Ladies” dance, Mike & Sully moonwalked, and the Green Army men did the “Perfect Cast.” Felt like that should be mentioned.

These apple treats are too cute to eat.

I would love for Pixar Fest to come back to Disney.
